One of the most anticipated anime comebacks is finally upon us! In a joint partnership with Aniplex of America and Crunchyroll, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village- will be screening across the US on March 3.
A special sold-out screening will take place at the Orpheum Theatre in Downtown LA on February 18th. The special screening will have special appearances by Tanjiro’s Japanese voice actor Natsuki Hanae, Aniplex producer Yuma Takahashi, and includes a performance by Aimer who performed the opening to the Entertainment District Arc, Zankyousanka.
The special screening contains the combined episodes 10 and 11 of the Entertainment District Arc and an extended episode 1 of the Swordsmith Village arc. They have been remastered to 4K for the theater experience.
After his family is viciously murdered, a kind-hearted boy named Tanjiro Kamado resolves to become a Demon Slayer in hopes of turning his younger sister Nezuko back into a human.
Together with his comrades, Zenitsu and Inosuke, along with one of the top-ranking members of the Demon Slayer Corps, Tengen Uzui, Tanjiro embarks on a mission within the Entertainment District, where they encounter the formidable, high-ranking demons, Daki and Gyutaro.
