If suffering at home wasn’t enough for you, now you can suffer in public! Crunchyroll has announced at CCXP in Brazil that it has acquired the theatrical rights for the omnibus movie Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK.
Is this a safe space? I admit, I have not seen the last two episodes of Attack on Titan. Before you grab your pitchforks, hear me out! Attack on Titan is one of my favorite series. I love it so much that I’m not emotionally ready for it to be over. Even though the ending has been out for over a year at this point, I can’t bring myself to hit play. This news makes me debate if I should wait to have my emotional breakdown in theaters.
About the Movie
The movie is a compilation of the last two Attack on Titan episodes, initially premiered as two special episodes. The first special episode was an hour long while the second and final episode was an hour and thirty minutes long. Combined, this will be about a two-hour, thirty-minute movie if they combine both episodes in their entirety.
