Day 20 of #MarchMangaMadness: Gate 7 by CLAMP published by Dark Horse
I remember reading scans of Gate 7 back when it was initially releasing but I’ll be honest, everything was forgettable. The only person I remember is Watanuki because he’s a crossover from xxxHolic (which hasn’t made its appearance in this series just yet.) You guys already know that I’m going to say this won’t be in-depth because I will be covering it in my CLAMP reread series.
What I will say though is that the artwork in Gate 7 is stunning. While CLAMP’s newer art style is very different from their 90s style that most know them for, their newer style is just as iconic.
