3 February Danmei Releases I’m Looking Forward To

It’s almost the best month of the year, February FebruLISA. February has always been my favorite month of the year because it’s my birthday month AND Valentine’s Day! I’m a lover girl, so that shouldn’t surprise anyone. This February, there are a few danmei releases I have been WAITING for and I’m so excited for. Although my TBR list is ever growing, I usually prioritize reading new subsequent volumes for series I’m reading.

Run Wild: Sa Ye Vol 4 – February 3

First of all, I just remembered that I did not film my video review for volume 3! (Maybe I will get on that soon.) This volume of Run Wild is truly a birthday gift for me because not only is it volume FOUR (iykyk) it comes out the day before my birthday. I also took said birthday off work so I will have all the time in the world to binge read. I’m especially excited for this volume because it’s finally at the point past where the manhua was updated. Almost everything that comes next is unknown to me.

Reading the first three volumes with the manhua knowledge was still special, because I gained a new understand and perspectives of the story. However, not knowing what comes next gives me butterflies. It’s also exciting because they are officially a couple so what type of conflicts will happen next? I missed Gu Fei and Jiang Cheng so much and I’m ready to be back into their world.

Thrice Married to a Salted Fish Vol 2 – February 10

You have no idea how thankful I am that Thrice Married to a Salted Fish and Run Wild are NOT coming out on the same day. I would have lost my entire mind trying to decide which one to read first. Thrice Married took over my life when I read it a few weeks ago and I’ve been trying not to think about it because the wait has been driving me crazy. I still find myself rereading my favorite parts because they are just SO GOOD.

Part of me is glad I read it recently because my wait for volume two isn’t long but then I remember I will need to wait for volume three and four! *cries in impatience.* Volume 1 had my heart and mind in disarray, putting together pieces and trying not to feel deranged. I hope volume two does the same.

Silent Reading: Mo Du Vol 2 – February 10

I just read and reviewed volume one so the world of Silent Reading is still fresh in my mind. The first volume doesn’t leave off on a crazy cliffhanger or anything so there’s no rush for me to get back. Except, I am ANXIOUSLY awaiting to see how Luo Wenzhou and Fei Du develop some type of feelings for each other. There were TINY inklings in volume one, but I imagine something or somethings will happen to get the ball rolling on the falling and chasing.

Love aside, priest’s stories are SO FUN to read. I love the detective, thriller type action of this story in volume one and am hoping to see that again in volume two. In Guardian, the different cases kept the story interesting and gave you different things to put together, so Im hoping to see that here too.

What are you looking forward to and what are some I need to be checking out?
